Role Overview: Customer Service Administrator
You’ll be responsible for:
* Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds via the CRM system and Excel
* Assisting with MCS accreditation admin processes
* Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and face-to-face
* Providing high-level customer service
* Owning and managing administrative processes within the office as the go-to person
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administrative experience
* IT literacy, especially Excel
* Excellent individual and team working skills
* Ability to multitask
* Sales knowledge
