Our Client
Our client is the market leader in Print Management software and they’re growing their Technical Support team in Bracknell.
They’re looking for Technical Engineers or Consultants from the Print Management space, who love technical troubleshooting and going above and beyond for customers!
This is a hybrid-based role and would require you to be able to travel to their offices in Bracknell 2-3 days per week.

The Position
You will be joining a team of passionate techies from the print management space, who have trouble-shooting running through their veins!
You will work with customers across the EMEA region, to help solve their technical problems with PaperCut, but also their surrounding IT Infrastructure environments.
Along with supporting customers, you’ll also get the opportunity to work on both internal and external projects.
Key Skills
* You have experience supporting ideally PaperCut Software. If you don’t have experience with PaperCut, we’d also consider candidates with competitor products such as Equitrac, Y-Soft, PrintCity etc…
* You love to provide fantastic experiences for customers and get a kick out of helping people solve their technical problems.
* Troubleshooting and solving puzzles is part of who you are.
* You’re a knowledge sharing machine and love to collaborate with teams and customers to learn and develop.
* Experience working across different operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Mac OSX is a plus.
