An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen within a well-established golf club operation. This role would suit a strong kitchen leader who enjoys working with fresh food, managing a small team, and delivering high standards across both day-to-day service and functions.
The venue operates primarily daytime hours, offering a much-improved work-life balance compared to many hospitality roles, although weekend work is required as part of the operation.
The Role Leading a small kitchen team in a busy fresh food environment
Managing day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintaining high food quality and consistency
Menu planning and stock management
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met
Supporting hospitality and event catering when required
What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong fresh food background
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Good organisational and kitchen management skills
Banqueting or event catering experience would be highly beneficial
A driver would be ideal due to location
Must be flexible to work weekends
