Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing Glasgow Permanent Salary DOE Reed are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their clients, an established Glasgow based Legal Firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary available.
As part of a small team, you’ll oversee all aspects of conveyancing work and be confident managing your own caseload of work.
A typical day will include: Communicating with other legal firms and banks in relation to the conveyancing transaction Taking instructions from clients Adopting a client focused approach, always working in the best interest of the client Drafting, collating and sending supporting legal and financial documents Dealing with financial element of transactions Receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders Overseeing the conveyancing process from start to finish Completing the registration of deeds You’ll bring: Previous experience working as a Paralegal in Scottish Residential Conveyancing Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work to meet deadlines Confident working with case management systems Confident drafting legal documentation Ideally you will have completed your Paralegal qualification although this is not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and well-respected firm where you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
