The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and work closely with colleagues on complex matters across: Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice Administration of estates and trusts, including those with cross-border elements Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax issues Mental capacity advice and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney International estate planning and domicile matters This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely for up to 40% of your time, and some travel to offices in London as client needs dictate.
