Role Overview
The VM Specialist's main responsibility is to deliver visual merchandising standards, rate card updates, brand installations, and new launches across the store. With a passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising, they will liaise closely with the store management team, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Attract new customers through our brands
* Deliver installations, rate card activations, and brand launches on time
* Understand the impact that visual merchandising has on customer acquisition and KPI driving
* Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
* Work flexibly out of hours to support visual merchandising updates, brand launches, events, and promotions

* Deliver a visually inspiring and easy-to-shop store experience
* Support the Customer First service journey when necessary

* Collaborate as one team to ensure a consistently inspiring store environment
