Job brief :
The Security Operations Coordinator is responsible for our Static & Nighttime economy during our office hours. This is a key part of the operations sector structure. The Security Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Improving the client communication by email or telephone.
* Assist in setting up new clients and assisting in there Before & After care of Client.
* Assist the HR coordinator in delivering the correct induction to new staff members.
* Be part of the communication link for staff.
* Options to work shifts to gain more income.
* Assist the Operations Director in working with clients to understand their requirements.
* Assist schedule Static & Nighttime economy personnel ensuring adequate coverage and efficient deployment.
* Assist the Operations Director to develop and deliver all relevant training to event personnel staff.
Skills/Experience :
* Driving license / own vehicle.
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
* Customer service experience: 1 year.
* Smart, well-groomed and confident.
* Punctual with a flexible attitude to working times.
* Work well in a team, with the initiative to operate on your own when required.
* Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Valid Security License
* Understand Upload Security Policy and process
