A credible and impressive firm, with a strong reputation in the market and superb staff retention, this is a new role designed to optimize the operational backbone and efficiency of one of the firms’ busiest teams.
The Operations Director will be responsible for translating the Partners/SLT’S strategic vision into operational excellence and ensuring continuous execution across all non-project delivery functions. This role requires a combination of strategic foresight, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth, enhance performance, and foster a high-performing culture. Candidates can expect to be highly involved in implementing the strategies laid out by the partners and ensuring that all corresponding KPIs, and attached compliance is adhered too. They will oversee all core operational functions, including administration, resource planning, compliance, and internal systems, and will lead cross-functional initiatives to modernise systems, automate processes, and improve service delivery.
