The School and Role
Vision for Education is recruiting for a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor to work with young people aged between 11 and 17 who are receiving their education in Pupil Referral Unit settings across LOCATION. The role of a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor is to support young people to access education, as they are often very disengaged from school life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, some of whom may have experienced major trauma.

* Be resilient.
* Have a passion for changing young people's lives for the better.
* Have an understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Issues.
* Drive or be willing to use public transport.

As a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor and part of our team, you will benefit from:
* Excellent daily rates paid via the PAYE system. (Rates depend on your scale, experience, and qualifications, discussed at registration).
* Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).
* Social and networking events.
* Pension contributions.
