Due to continued success and expansion, The Practice Bridge are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our busy team in Kings Lynn, to help provide additional outsourced support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, alongside client servicing skills, helping to assist with the smooth operation of our daily activities.
This role requires proficiency in various software applications and a commitment to providing excellent support to our team and clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
* Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
* Maintain accurate records through data entry into back office system
* Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
* Support team members with various administrative functions as required
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience of working within the financial services industry is advantageous
* Excellent phone/communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* High attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Previous administration experience is preferred
