Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Brighton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will work with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values and invests in our front-end retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
We support your development through training, regular 1-2-1s, and provide all necessary tools for your success. Our track record shows opportunities for progression within the company, supporting your career goals.
