We’re searching for a passionate Reception Manager.

Key elements of your role as Reception Manager:
* Ensure all our guests receive a positive, warm, and professional first impression of the restaurant and are seated at their table.
* Efficiently manage bookings to allocate tables evenly across all sections of the restaurant and stagger booking times.
* Manage, train, and lead the reception team.
* Provide up-to-date and accurate information on the restaurant, including all food and drink offerings and specials.
* Ensure all payment methods are handled correctly when necessary.
About you:
* You have 2+ years of experience in this position.
* You are solution-driven and able to work under the pressure of peak service.
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service.
* You have excellent English language skills.
* You are friendly, professional, charismatic, and flairful.
