Description
* Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
* Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
* Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
* Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
* Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge/experience with SAP would be a preferred.
* Experience in using financial software and tools for reporting and data entry.
* A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Offer
