Part-Time People & Culture Partner
2–3 Days Per Week | Remote UK
We’re looking for a commercially minded People & Culture Partner to help support the next phase of growth for our creative agency.
This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with the CEO and leadership team to help scale the business sustainably while protecting the culture and agility that make the agency successful.
You’ll lead across people strategy, hiring, organisational development, performance, employee relations, and day-to-day people operations — supported by a People Coordinator.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, knows how to build structure without bureaucracy, and can balance commercial thinking with a people-first approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with leadership on growth and organisational design
* Building scalable hiring and resourcing plans
* Strengthening recruitment and freelance talent pipelines
* Supporting managers with performance, development, and ER matters
* Evolving people processes and infrastructure as the agency grows
* Helping maintain a strong, collaborative culture during high-growth periods
* Managing and developing the People Coordinator
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a HRBP, People Partner, or similar role within a creative, agency, or fast-growth environment
* Strong understanding of UK employment law
* Experience supporting freelance or project-based teams
* Commercial, pragmatic approach
* Someone comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on
Desirable
* Experience in experiential, events, production, or brand activation
* CIPD qualified (Level 5+)
