In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to create a positive learning environment that fosters both academic and personal growth. To be a successful Early Career Teacher, what you have to do: Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum Differentiate teaching to accommodate the varying needs of pupils Monitor pupil progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly Maintain effective classroom management to promote a positive learning atmosphere Participate fully in the statutory Early Career Framework induction programme Collaborate with teaching staff, support personnel, and parents Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and promote pupil welfare Skills & Requirements for an ECT: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved within the last two years Commitment to the Early Career Framework and ongoing professional development Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and engage young learners Understanding of UK primary school standards and curriculum requirements Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Why Choose GSL Education?
