Overview
Your role will include the planning and delivery of high quality, imaginative and inspirational teaching which meets the curriculum requirements and responds to the needs of students on a range of programmes. You will ensure that each learner\'s needs are met in a responsive way to promote an outstanding student experience. This role is for someone with experience of electrical installation and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). A teaching qualification and experience in teaching/training would be an advantage, though an attitude toward developing your teaching skills would be highly appreciated. The right person needs to be confident in working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities.
This role is teaching evening classes to adult students on a Monday and Wednesday with 3.25 non-contact hours extra to complete marking and prep work.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high quality electrical installation teaching to adult learners, ensuring alignment with curriculum requirements.
* Develop engaging lessons that respond to student needs and promote an outstanding learning experience.
* Assess learner progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records.
* Mark and prepare materials outside of teaching time; manage workload in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support the Construction team and contribute to continuous improvement of the programme.
* Uphold safeguarding, equality, and inclusion in all teaching activities.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
* A teaching qualification and/or experience in teaching/training is desirable.
* Willingness to develop teaching skills and grow professionally.
* Ability to work in the evenings and manage a workload that includes marking and prep time.
* Clear DBS check (enhanced) or willingness to undertake one.
