We are seeking candidates to manage the day-to-day operational control of contracts within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme, and customer service.
The ideal candidates will maintain commercial awareness to ensure the company is financially protected and achieve full margins from operational activities. They should be capable of managing contracts to perform within budget, while maintaining a motivated, effective, and safety-conscious workforce. Additionally, candidates will ensure good client relations and that client requirements are met to maximize opportunities for repeat business.
We require qualified candidates with experience in the geotechnical industry, with a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation works.
Candidates should have a good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, with excellent written English skills and proficiency in letter writing. A strong customer-service focus, professional approach, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with clients and regional teams.
A full UK Driving License is required.
