We are seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Guards to join our team for a high-profile music event in Chelmsford. The role requires individuals who can ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and performers throughout the event.

Responsibilities
* Monitor and control access points to the venue
* Carry out bag and ticket checks where required
* Ensure the safety of guests, performers, and staff
* Respond quickly and effectively to incidents
* Patrol the venue and surrounding areas during the event
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority
Requirements
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
* Previous event security experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and conflict management skills
* Professional appearance and punctuality
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance
Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
