We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types What you'll do: The Senior Production Scheduler provides first line leadership, task co-ordination and priority guidance to the site Production Scheduling team. This role will hold primary focus on front line management of a team of Production Schedulers, ensuring effective planning of work center activity and tactical execution of customer orderbooks to ultimately achieve >95% on time delivery, monthly sales, and past due targets. Adhere and align to MPS (Master Production Schedule). Fine plan and schedule supply orders (internally) according to demand priorities and inventory targets for 0-4 week outlook. Mitigate past due orders through expediting. Manage constraints and re-sequence/re-route production orders to minimize deviation from MPS Escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team when resolution time is not allowing adherence to MPS. Identify inefficiencies in the team and streamline the team's workloads for optimal effectiveness Establish effective tier meeting structure within department to be able to have an efficient flow of information and escalations. Utilise Talenthub to support and develop Production Schedulers through the effective use of continuous feedback, 1:1's, goals, development plans and engagement activities Build and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify and support implementing RCCA's for product missing On Time Delivery to customer. Implementation of Inventory management to meet both internal Inventory targets and safeguard customer On Time Delivery. Maintain process to identify Purchase part shortages, with actions to recovery and impact to site metrics. Identification and management of static inventory to optimize inventory levels and material velocity through site. Manage Tier 1 activity and attend Tier 2 Act as delegate to the Material Operations Manager when required. Qualifications: Experience in Materials Planning or Master Scheduling Skills: - Extensive knowledge of ERP systems. MfgPro experience is preferred. - Strong collaborative style and stakeholder management ability - Experience in managing a team, or possesses strong leadership attributes and effective communication No relocation benefit is offered for this position Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship now or in the future.
