ServiceNow Contract Management Pro Consultant (Contract)

We’re supporting a critical ServiceNow programme and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Contract Management Pro consultant to deliver licensed Pro module functionality on a high‑impact project.
✅ What you’ll be doing
* Delivering end‑to‑end Contract Management Pro implementations (not CLM only)
* Configuring contract intake, authoring, approvals, renewals, and obligations
* Designing clause libraries, renewal automation, and compliance tracking
* Integrating Contract Pro with Procurement, ITAM, Vendors, and optionally GRC/TPRM
* Working closely with Legal, Procurement, and Risk stakeholders
* Supporting regulated / enterprise contract workflows
✅ What we’re looking for
* Proven, hands‑on experience with licensed Contract Management Pro
* Clear delivery ownership (design → build → go‑live)
* Strong ServiceNow configuration and workflow experience
* Enterprise or regulated‑environment experience preferred
* Contract mindset: outcome‑focused, low supervision
Please note: This role requires Contract Management Pro experience. Candidates with CLM‑only backgrounds will unfortunately not be suitable.
