The Role
Were seeking an experienced Design Office Manager to lead and develop our design team (4 designers + 2 trainees). Youll oversee design delivery from concept through to fabrication, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the design team.
Oversee 3D modelling and detailed design in SolidWorks.
Manage FARO point cloud integration for accurate as-built models.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and fabrication teams.
Maintain CAD standards and drive process improvements.
About You
Proven experience leading a design team in an engineering or fabrication environment.
