Job Title: Junior Programme Manager Department: Operations Contract: 12 Month Secondment Location: Head Office DBS Check Required: Yes Role Overview As a Junior Programme Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of Coaches to deliver Baltic’s Routeway strategy with impact and consistency. This is a developmental secondment opportunity, ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on management experience. You’ll take ownership of driving performance, improving learner outcomes, and enhancing customer satisfaction across a defined curriculum area. Throughout the secondment, you’ll be supported with a clear development plan, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentoring as you transition into operational management.
