This role will be based in our Knutsford office. As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will be part of the Mowgli guest journey including being the first point of call for all guest feedback and supporting our Guest Experience Manager. Key responsibilities: Respond to day to day feedback via feedback platform, mailboxes and Mowgli socials.
