Role Description
They are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to join their Sales Team in the UK. This is a dynamic role, ideal for professionals passionate about market development and customer relationship management.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting business development initiatives across the Irish market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
* Drive sales of agrochemical products in line with company targets
* Support sales and distribution efforts across assigned regions
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
* Coordinate pricing strategies, promotional plans, and supply chain alignment
* Collaborate closely with regulatory, logistics, and product teams globally
* Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution
* Proven experience in crop protection sales (herbicides, insecticides, pesticides)
* Must have valid work authorization in Ireland
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Familiarity with crop protection products or the Irish agricultural market
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to travel within the region as required
