Human Resources Lead
We are looking for a Human Resources Lead to join our well established, but ever diversifying and evolving organisation, located in the heart of Bromley. The post holder will work closely and collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Group and Practice leads to provide a professional and responsive HR service which meets the organisations strategic priorities. Reporting to the CEO, the post holder will provide an efficient HR service giving effective day‑to‑day HR support, advice and guidance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional and responsive HR service aligned with organisational strategic priorities.
* Deliver effective day‑to‑day HR support, advice and guidance to staff.
* Work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, Senior Leadership, and Practice leads.
* Apply employment law, benchmarking/grading structures, recruitment and selection, learning and development, change management, communications and employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
* Lead change management and organisational development initiatives with a solution‑focused approach.
Qualifications
* Level 5 or higher CIPD qualification.
* Proven experience in HR generalist roles covering employment law, recruitment, learning & development, change management, communication and wellbeing.
* Strong people management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Positive, professional, can‑do attitude.
* Experience of change management and organisational development.
