The Opportunity
We are representing a specialist engineering consultancy delivering MEICA design and technical solutions for clean water and wastewater infrastructure. They are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to help develop robust, buildable designs for projects across the Thames region.
If you have experience in water treatment, wastewater engineering or industrial MEICA design, this role will give you the chance to work across varied schemes and contribute to meaningful, high-impact infrastructure.
What You Will Be Doing
• Produce and support electrical design from concept through to detailed design
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, standards and regulatory requirements
• Take ownership of design deliverables including drawings, calculations, schedules and technical documents
• Assist with procurement by preparing scopes, reviewing supplier information and supporting technical evaluations
• Produce and contribute to RAMS, ensuring design safety and quality considerations are met
• Support the wider MEICA team with coordinated design solutions across all disciplines
• Provide technical input during delivery and assist with resolving design queries
• Feed into work scope estimates, quotations and contract documentation where required
• Understand and apply client frameworks and design standards throughout each project
