We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement systems such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data capture platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Your role in our mission
* Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Develop detailed technical design documents from business and functional requirements.
* Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Architects on timelines, effort estimates, scope, and resource management.
* Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage configuration engineers and developers across projects to ensure timely delivery and standards compliance.
* Drive Agile Execution: Oversee Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are tested, validated, and meet security, performance, and usability standards.
* Support Solution Engineering and Presales: Create reusable technical models and reference architectures for presales support.
Valued skills and experience
* Experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery with legacy and modern technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD; understanding cloud/on-prem infrastructure and security.
* Experience with ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath, AutoIT), scanning platforms (e.g., Kofax), and automation tools.
* Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, RUP, and hybrid environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills for leading teams, presenting solutions, and communicating across global teams.
