My client, a leading hire organisation based on an industrial site in Widnes, is seeking a professional Hire Administrator to join their busy site on a permanent basis.
IntroductionEstablished in 2005, with over 40 years of industry expertise, they serve the UK and Ireland. They have built a strong client base and pride themselves on the service that they offer to a wide customer base.
Your new role
The position is offered full-time Monday to Friday and is fully based on-site.
Hours of work are until and until on a rotation basis.
Due to the location of the premises, you will need to drive and have acces to your own vehicle. Free parking is provided.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has experience of working in the plant hire / equipment hire industry.
This position is a permanent role that offers long-term stability and the potential for progression opportunities. The key responsibilities for this role includeBeing the first point of contact for customersLiaising with drivers on a daily basis
Route planning
Dealing with all hire administrationEnsuring that calls / emails are answered and returned
Logging customers’ orders and processing via a bespoke system
Create and provide quotations and costings
Liaise with internal and external professionals
Ensure timely delivery of hired equipment
Resolve any customer queries andplaints
Update and maintain customer records
