Finefair Ltd is a leading provider of property services, specialising in working directly with local authorities across London and beyond. We operate under Temporary Accommodation and Private Sector Leasing schemes, helping councils to house families in need of safe and secure accommodation.
Through our Guaranteed Rent Service, we offer landlords fixed rental income for 1–5 years, while managing the property on their behalf. Our portfolio includes everything from 1–5 bedroom homes to HMOs, hostels, large blocks, and development projects.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for prospective landlords and play a key part in sourcing and onboarding new properties for our local authority schemes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling enquiries from prospective landlords and providing accurate rental quotations.
* Coordinating and attending property viewings with landlords and local authorities.
* Liaising with council representatives to arrange inspections and secure approvals.
* Proactively contacting previous leads (cold calling) to generate new business opportunities.
* Taking high-quality photographs and video walkthroughs of newly acquired properties.
* Collecting and verifying compliance documentation (Gas Safety, EPC, NICEIC, Fire Risk Assessments, etc.).
* Working closely with our Client Administration and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless service.
About You
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-facing role and can balance negotiation with excellent customer care. The ideal candidate will bring:
* A confident, professional, and energetic approach.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills when liaising with property owners.
* Previous experience in property acquisition, lettings, or a similar field.
* A clean UK driving licence (essential).
