Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Buntingford

We’re working with a welcoming, supportive school in Buntingford who are on the lookout for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to tailor support
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

* Someone patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about SEN
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is essential
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
