The Role:
We are seeking a talented Designer specializing in activewear and streetwear to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, balancing market trends, technical knowledge, and creative innovation.
You will have the freedom to explore your ideas, take ownership of projects, and work independently, while collaborating closely with our Design Manager to ensure alignment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research, design, and develop collections within activewear and streetwear categories.
* Conduct market and trend research to keep collections relevant and on-trend.
* Select and source fabrics/materials focusing on quality, functionality, and style.
* Work closely with the team to bring concepts to life from design to final product.
* Manage projects independently with creative freedom.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong understanding of market research and current fashion trends.
* Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes.
* Creative thinker capable of working independently and taking initiative.
* Passion for design and pushing creative boundaries.
