Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:
* Full-time, long-term position – perfect for the academic year
* Earn up to £600 per week | Monday to Friday | Term-time only
* Based in mainstream schools across Enfield, supporting students with SEN
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Assist teachers in implementing EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
* Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development
* Work alongside SENCOs, teachers, and external specialists (e.g., therapists and psychologists)
* Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence in the classroom
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Profile:
We are looking for graduates who are:
* Holding a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject
* Empathetic, patient, and resilient, with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education
* Confident communicators who can build positive relationships with students and staff
* Ideally experienced in working with children or young people (e.g., through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or care work)
* Flexible and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
