Design Manager – £22m Hospital project – Southampton - Freelance\n\nThis leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join an existing site team on a live project in Southampton.\n\nThis is a long-term contract opportunity to work as Design Manager on a project that completes in summer 2026 and you will be required for the full duration. This role is deemed OUTSIDE of IR35.\n\nThe project is a £22m extension of a hospital which will include new theatres and wards.
