Post No. POSN Business Support Officer
Fixed term contract to 31 March 2026 (extension will be dependent on notification of funding)
We are seeking a Business Support Officer to assist with the co-ordination of training along with supporting workforce development.
We are looking for someone with the right skill mix for this integral post which involves co-ordinating, sourcing and organising training particularly for the early years and childcare sector to ensure training is accessible and compliant with relevant legal standards. The post holder will be required to maintain accurate records and hold regular communication with the childcare sector. The role will also be responsible for the co-ordination of student and volunteer placements, which involves working closely with internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working effectively as both part of a team and independently, using their own initiative. Attention to detail is key, along with excellent IT and communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
