RINA is currently recruiting for a Power Earthing System Technician to join its office in Pontyclun within the Power Engineering and Renewables Division.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with planning and preparing earthing system measurement campaigns.
* Support on-site testing of ground resistance, impedance, and soil resistivity.
* Help analyse data and contribute to reports that drive system improvements.
* Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostics under senior guidance.
* Maintain measurement equipment and ensure workshop organisation.
* Stay up to date with industry techniques and take part in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* A basic understanding of electrical principles and earthing systems.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to following safety and measurement protocols.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to specialised equipment and techniques.
* Recognised electrical training is a plus, but not essential.
