About The Role
We are seeking two experienced
Project Planners
to join a dynamic team within a highly regulated industry. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects where attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration are key.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
.
Apply project planning techniques including network logic, float paths, WBS/CBS creation, change control, and resource levelling.
Support monthly reporting cycles, "what-if" scenarios, and schedule risk analysis.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure realistic and achievable plans are in place.
Adapt to evolving priorities and make informed judgement calls to support delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to overall project governance.
Essential Skills & Experience
2–5 years' experience in project planning within a highly regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, oil & gas, construction, or similar).
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
and strong
Excel
skills.
Solid understanding of project planning processes and techniques.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls desirable.
