What you will do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
* Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
* Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting high‑quality candidates
* Managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates
* Meeting individual and team targets with a focus on results
* Continuously developing your market knowledge and personal brand
What We’re Looking For
