Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of adults with mental health needs?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Manager to lead our Adults Mental Health team, supporting Social Workers, Social Care Officers, and Approved Mental Health Professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we serve.
At Redcar & Cleveland, our ambition is simple yet powerful: every adult should live safe and well, in a place they call home, with the people and things they love, connected to their community, doing the things that matter to them. If you share our values and have the drive to lead a skilled and committed team, we want to hear from you.
Why This Role Matters
* As Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping services that are safe, innovative, and focused on recovery and independence.
* You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Social Care, the NHS, and partner organisations, building strong relationships and ensuring our services reflect the strengths and aspirations of the people we support.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England), who can demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
* A leader who can inspire, guide, and support a dedicated workforce.
* Someone who thrives on collaboration, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
* A welcoming, supportive team with a strong sense of purpose.
* Opportunities for personal development and career progression.
* Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
* Generous holiday entitlement and a benefits package that values your wellbeing.
This is more than a management role; it’s a chance to shape the future of mental health services in Redcar & Cleveland and make a lasting impact on people’s lives. If you’re ready to lead with passion and purpose, join us and help create services that are fit for the future.
