Teaching Personnel are currently seeking ADHOC Behaviour Support Worker and 1:1 Support Workers to work across a variety of primary, secondary and alternative provision settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are looking for flexible work to build upon their behaviour management experience.
The Role
You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Assisting teachers in delivering lessons
Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
Adapting support strategies to meet individual needs
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, coaching, etc.)
Confident supporting challenging behaviour
Resilient, patient and adaptable
Strong communication skills
Passionate about making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
