About the role
- Support the service in processing and batch printing all FP10 Prescriptions for posting as per service protocol.
- Liaise with all pharmacy stakeholders to ensure service operates within contractual requirements and timely, accurate issuing of all Prescriptions to service users.
- Maintain and update local and central databases, providing timely and accurate data and information for all external and internal stakeholders.
- Record data and information so the service operates within contractual, administrative, financial requirements and CQC clinical standards.
- Support the administrative team with management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone and building management, and support of telecommunication and IT systems.
- Work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
- Provide minute taking for a number of meetings in the service including multidisciplinary meetings, accurate minute taking, action logging in different systems, and excellent attention to detail.
- Provide advice, information and reports clearly and concisely via the most appropriate channel (e.g., verbally, in writing, telephone, e‑mail) whilst being sensitive to the needs of the audience.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records/data collection on clients, as required by CGL Management, NDTMS, PHE performance frameworks and reporting requirements.
About you
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties.
- Experience of minute taking.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in data collection systems (e.g., DIRDET).
- Expertise in working with Word, Excel, and other IT packages.
- Experience of maintaining simple databases and other data management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Sound numerical skills.
- Experience working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Experience of developing data processes and systems.
