Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Darlington starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and well-resourced PE department where physical education plays a vital role in school life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a varied and engaging PE curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Foster an inclusive, energetic environment that motivates students to participate and excel in physical activities
Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and development
Play an active role in the wider school community through extracurricular clubs and sporting events
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Strong classroom management skills and a proven ability to uphold high standards
A passion for promoting health, fitness, and student well-being
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
