About the Role As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your day-to-day work will involve supporting students in the classroom, providing focused help to individuals and small groups, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is an incredibly rewarding role where you can directly influence young people’s confidence, progress, and wellbeing.
