Job Title: Engineering Manager Offshore Wind
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid)
Who are we recruiting for?
Our client, a leading offshore wind engineering consultancy, is seeking a Engineering Manager (WTG Foundations) to take on a key technical leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge foundation designs for major offshore wind projects.
What will you be doing?
* Leading conceptual and detailed design of WTG foundations Offshore wind only (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures).
* Providing technical expertise and review to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborating with geotechnical, structural, and marine engineers on cost-effective solutions.
* Managing engineering deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
* Liaising with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
* Driving innovation in foundation design and staying updated with industry trends.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* 8+ years of experience in offshore wind foundation design.
* Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering (Chartered status preferred).
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Expertise in offshore structure design tools and industry regulations.
* Experience managing technical and commercial aspects of projects.
