What Youll Be Doing:
* Lead daily Microbiology Lab operations, ensuring safety and compliance
* Plan and allocate testing tasks to lab analysts for raw materials, bulk/packaged products & environmental monitoring
* Support QA & QC activities for third-party contract manufacturing
* Lead quality investigations, including OOS root cause analysis
* Review & approve microbiological procedures, SOPs, specifications, and compendial updates
* Advise on contamination control strategies and system design improvements
* Share best practices by attending training & recommending improvements
* Represent Microbiology in external and internal audits/inspections
* Maintain compliance with global regulatory standards in environmental testing
* Assist with hiring & developing future Microbiology talent
