RSK Response have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team based in Uckfield, UK. This is a part-time role, 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Fixed term until March 2026. Ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment. Responsibilities: Handling new work instructions from clients via phone and email Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and waste disposal sites Preparing daily work tickets and relevant paperwork for field technicians Updating incident reports and uploading documentation to client portals Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems Providing general administrative and reception support to the wider team Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks to support during staff holidays or sickness Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone keen to develop their administrative skills. The right candidate will need to have the following attributes: Good organisational skills Excellent communication skills and a team player Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Willingness to learn as training will be provided. Must be able to drive due to location. Good telephone manner Previous experience with waste management would be preferred but not essential.
