Job Description
Featuring but not limited to... (Payroll Trainee)
3. Processing monthly payroll function in an accurate and timely manner
4. Responsible for ensuring all payroll actions are compliant
5. Be a main point of contact for employees and managers with regards to payroll queries and company policies
6. Performing payroll reconciliations
7. Support the finance team with reporting requirements
8. Calculating benefits and producing P11d's & PSAs for reporting to HMRC
9. Pension scheme administration - including auto enrolment, supporting with employee and pension provider queries
10. Gathering and sharing data for internal and external auditors
11. Performing manual calculations
12. Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships across all teams and company groups
