We are excited to present an HR Advisor opportunity with a Super Prime Property Management organisation renowned for delivering Five-Star service excellence.
About the Role:
This role supports Resident General Managers across a prestigious portfolio, focusing on Employee Relations (ER) and full HR advisory duties. Given the nature of the business, candidates with ER experience in high-end hospitality (e.g., luxury hotels or private members’ clubs) will be ideally suited.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes
* Support General Managers on all ER-related cases
* Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
* Provide sound HR advice to the wider leadership team, ensuring compliance with company policies
* Handle all employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
* Solid ER experience, ideally within hospitality or a customer-focused environment
* Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to HR support
* Willingness to travel to property locations as required (hybrid working model)
