The Role
As the successful Payroll Officer, the duties will include:
* Maintaining and updating employee records
* Reconciling payroll data with HR and finance systems
* Managing statutory payments and deductions
* Liaising with HMRC and pension providers for compliance
* Handling employee payroll queries
The Person
The successful Payroll Officer will meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of three years' experience in a payroll position
* Experience within industry is preferred
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in payroll software
