As the Production Team Leader you will:
* Assist in leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, adherence to environmental, health and safety, to their full potential.
* Motivate your team to drive productivity improvements and improve quality (reduction of rejects and complaints) daily.
* Ensure your team has completed their training on time and complies with all standard operating procedures.
* Support the ongoing development of staff through regular coaching and feedback.
* Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they are familiar with production processes, procedures, safety standards, and GMP regulations
* Act as the first point of contact for team-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution while promoting a positive workplace environment.
You will have:
* Supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry
* Minimum secondary level education
