This is a full time role permanent role working hybrid in the Belfast office. What you'll do Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal entries, accruals. Oversee the end-to-end process of customer billing and debt collection, ensuring resolution of outstanding accounts Support the monitoring of daily cash flow and assist with reconciliation of banking transactions Contribute to the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Support the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong client relationships Manage supplier interactions, including logging incoming invoices and addressing discrepancies Coordinate and execute scheduled payment batches in line with company policies Perform ad hoc financial duties and administrative support as directed by the finance leadership team What you'll need Competence with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with data effectively Confident communicator able to manage both client and supplier interactions Familiarity with financial or ERP software systems; experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Experience dealing with US accounts would be preferable Hear more?
